Parking Plus Feature function

Does anyone know if the parking plus feature allows you to move the car forward or backward while you're outside? This would be extremely useful in tight parking spots.

Yes, the Volkswagen ID.7's Park Assist Plus feature allows you to move the vehicle forward or backward while you're outside. Automatic parallel or perpendicular parking is possible with the ID.7's Park Assist Plus feature. Additionally, the vehicle has the ability to leave a parking spot on its own.

It’s supposed to work, but mine doesn’t either. The app tells you to "Select the Parking function" and then go to "Remote-controlled parking" in Settings to pair your phone with the car. However, my ID.7 doesn't have this menu option.

I really hope it does because that would make tight parking situations a breeze! But, knowing how some features can be region-locked or tied to subscriptions, I’d double-check if it’s included in your model’s package. Has anyone with Parking Plus confirmed this yet?
