A friend of mine recently picked up an ID7 and has been struggling to fully log into the car for the past three weeks. It’s really frustrating, especially with all the back-and-forth with tech support. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

What was the cause?
They haven’t pinpointed the exact cause yet, but it seems related to a software issue. Tech support has been involved, but no clear solution has worked yet.

I'm not super techy either but it sounds like a login or connectivty issue, maybe with the car’s software or account syncing? I'd suggest checking if there are any updates pending for the car’s system as those sometimes fix login problems. If it keeps happening a visit to the dealership might be your best bet!
