There is no option to automatically unlock my ID.7

With my ID.7, I noticed there’s no option to have it automatically unlock as I approach, which I had on my ID.3. I asked the dealer about it, but they were just as stumped apparently, their test model doesn’t have it either.

I’m starting to wonder if this feature just isn’t available on the ID.7. Has anyone managed to get it working? Or is there a way to use the app to remotely lock or unlock?

There is a setting you have to change in the car. The problem is I can't remember which one... unfortunately. Just play around, in the settings menu.

I’ll take another look through the settings and see if I can find the right option. I hope it’s just a setting I missed.
